Redbubble (founded Australia in 2006) is a marketplace producing print-on-demand (POD) products created via submitted designs or artwork. Their merchandise range is enormous and includes T-shirts, hoodies, home decor, throw pillows, apparel, scarves, tote bags, iPad covers and laptop skins, wall prints and so much more.
They were the first ‘print-on-demand’ or ‘product marketplace’ to approach me and open the door to submit my first designs, therefore, I’ve been with them the longest. I’ve also been the most successful in sales with this company!
Their quality and customer care are first-rate.
My encounter with Redbubble’s customer service involved a tote bag I ordered (along with two mugs). I was dissatisfied with the bag’s front printing, which appeared faded and contacted them the same day I received my order. They offered me a full credit for the complete order (including the mugs that I was happy with) and included the shipping cost I had been charged. No merchandise had to be returned.
